Welcome! By downloading or using Home Rhythm, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the App

Home Rhythm is provided for personal home routine planning and chore organization. All code, graphics, and original content are the exclusive property of PocketEngine Studio LLC. You may not reverse‑engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute any portion of the software or its assets.

2. Room and Task Templates – Suggestions Only

The default rooms, chore lists, and category templates generated by the app (e.g., “Bedroom”, “Wipe sink”) are suggestions only. We are not liable for any consequences arising from reliance on our templates or missed reminders.

3. In-App Purchases & Restore

All In‑App Purchases are processed by Apple (iOS) and Google (Android). Refund or billing issues must be handled directly with the respective store – we do not have access to your payment transactions. The “Restore Purchases” feature will reactivate your “Unlimited Trips” entitlement on any device using the same store account.

4. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided “as is”. We may update these terms at any time; continued use means you accept the changes. We are not liable if the app crashes, data is lost (e.g., device failure, uninstallation without backup), or if a reminder notification is not delivered due to system settings or device power states. By using the app, you represent that you are at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.
